Terms and conditions for Sweet Treats truck booking

We love to bring our truck or trailer out to your events.  

We have a minimum of 100 servings to bring the truck to your location.

We are limited to 60 miles from Jewell, Iowa.  Additional miles will incur mileage charge of $85 per trip.

Truck events are booked with the following conditions:

For Private or Corporate events 2 hours

• Minimum of $600 per event - minimum of 100 servings 

  • Private events minimum of 100 single flavor cups of ice cream, additional cups are $6 each (standard serving size)

  • Corporate events, minimum of 200 servings.  Ice cream cups will be pre-filled with lids with one flavor per cup. 

  • A maximum of 2 hours of service for private or corporate events.  Additional time will be at a $200 per hour rate.

  • Ice cream flavors for the day of the event will be mutually agreed upon at the time of the booking

• All requests must contain the date and time for the event.

• All requests must be submitted a minimum of 2 weeks in advance of the event.

• All requests must contain the sponsor's or name of person responsible of the booking contract.

• All requests must contain a phone number for the contact person.

• Cancellations must occur 48 hours in advance of the event time once the booking is accepted.
